In most 'civilised' nations, nobody but the patient can make that decision and if they are unable to (unconscious, unable to communicate), the doctor makes the decision in their best interest. Nowhere does the family get a say and even if they have an opinion, they can be roundly ignored without fear of repercussions. <br /><br />But then, like i said, most civilised nations.......The Black Mambanoreply@blogger.com
